Job Description:

Implement material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell PPE, to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible for resolve material related issues due to supply based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operation and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory
  • Provide data and analysis
  • Solve material related problems
  • Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
  • Engineering Change Requests
  • Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
  • Escalate shortages and potential shortages
  • Manage production planning
  • Ensure timely material ordering

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and take direction from others
  • Experience in manufacturing planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business preferred
  • Ability to lead process improvement
  • Established skills and experience in Materials management
  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge in Sigma lean methodologies
  • Experience with MRP/ERP Systems
  • 3+ years of experience within supply chain or materials management a plus
