Job Responsibilities:

  • As a Product Manager you will be a central resource to: (1) implement the software product lifecycle management process for new products across multiple verticals, (2) create and implement a Governance process to enable SW Developers to build in the Niagara Analytics and enterprise Security platform, and (3) support creating a new Product Catalog
  • Interact with and speak with customers to gather voice of the customer data, Support training efforts, Develop training and training strategies, Support Level 3 issues (support technical services team with resolutions)
  • Grow the business at or greater than market rates by making the most of product technology, new product development, open innovation, voice of customer and current product portfolio
  • Develop and implement a Product Management strategy for Niagara Framework focusing on Niagara Analytics, and Enterprise Security
  • You will work regularly with other Product Managers, and with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Legal, Finance and Marketing to create and improve the various Product Operations processes. You will act as the analyst to produce the materials required for these different audiences
  • You must possess strong process, influencing, communication, and leadership skills in the area of software product development processes. You will need to have skills to describe high level processes and/or proposals to multi-functional teams
  • In this role you will work with Honeywell Building Technologies, Building Owners, End User Customers, Channel Partners, System Integrators and OEM Partners
  • Lead the product management activities working closely with the sales team to deliver on annual operating plan (AOP)

Job Requirements:

  • Proactive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues
  • 3+ of experience in Building management systems, Analytics and Security
  • Working with cross-functional team of product, engineering, sales, legal and finance
  • 3+ years building complex software platforms working with product development teams
  • Experience in Agile Development Methodologies for software and hardware platforms
  • Creative thinking, Entrepreneurial, flexible to adapt ideas and strategies
  • 2 years of experience in JACE 8000 Hardware
  • Solid experience in a related role in another enterprise software company or enterprise systems integration company
  • Product management and/or business analyst experience implementing and leading large-scale data integration solutions
  • 3 years product management in software and hardware products and building complex software platforms working with product development teams
  • Experience in product management and agile methodology
  • 8+ years of Product Knowledge in Building Management Systems Analytics, Security, Software and Hardware
  • Bachelors in STEM
  • 2 years Market Analysis developing Go to market Strategy, pricing, and competitive benchmarking
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management working for an organization of Cloud Based Enterprise Software
