Our Connected Warehouse team is looking for a Customer Project Manager who will provide leadership on customer facing projects while coordinating with Product Managers, Cross Business Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Program Managers, Software Engineering Leads, Implementation Teams, Customer Project & IT Teams, and System Integrators to provide solutions to meet customer expectations while achieving safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand Product Offerings to demonstrate and provide customer specific context.
  • Work with HCE Connected Warehouse sales organization and customers to evangelize products, while promoting customer renewals.
  • Set-up and hand-off initial customer success activities to System Integrators.
  • Support the alignment, identification, development, deployment, and support of project management tools, processes, procedures, and systems to drive project management excellence and continuous improvement in project execution.
  • Responsible for Project Management discipline and compliance with internal processes and best practices.
  • Ensure that executive management has adequate oversight into critical projects with anticipated risks and opportunities.
  • Act as first level of management escalation for key customers for all HCE CSP-WH customer project management related matters.
  • Supports and implements the necessary governance to ensure that all projects are executed according to HCE RMP (where applicable), and best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Monitor and report the backlog, as required.
  • Own the delivery of successful customer deployments and paths to value realization.
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy.
  • Drives revenue to meet the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) expectations.

Job Requirements:

  • Good understanding of a company’s main business drivers and expectations from the Project Management group.
  • 2+ years’ experience with risk management methodologies and processes for large Advanced Applications or IT Software projects into relevant industries
  • 2+ years’ experience with advanced applications products that serve the engineering and consulting services market
  • Good understanding of business culture and dynamics.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft suite of products.
  • 2+ years’ experience in project management
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 75% within North America
  • 2+ years’ experience in Software Project Engineering business serving Warehousing & Logistics industries
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
  • Highly energized and motivated individuals who are catalysts for change.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer or Business Administration
  • Great alignment with the Honeywell Behaviors.
  • Good understanding of a company’s revenue recognition process.
