Job Description:

You will provide functional expertise and act as Sr. ERP Analyst and Solution Architect within Honeywell IT in one or multiple areas – Trade Compliance, Warehouse Management, Transportation Systems & Labelling solutions. You will identify opportunities, design and deliver solutions by overseeing quality control throughout project life cycle. You will oversee root cause analysis and ensure learning’s are shared across the organization to improve productivity. You will enhance and deploy standard solutions across different service areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow latest technology trends and consider while building solutions
• Act as Solution Architect required to identify improvement opportunities in Logistics (Warehouse Mgmt. Solutions & Transportation Systems)
• or Trade Compliance programs and propose reliable IT solutions
• Ensure learnings are shared across the organization to enable higher productivity
• End to end accountability while delivering solutions
• Manage customer expectations
• Lead peers for timely execution of projects
• Design quality solutions that are complaint with Honeywell Standards
• Ensure solutions are evaluated by Cross Functional team

Job Requirements:

• Ability to build detailed system design / business process documents and provide design / process walkthrough to the technical team
• Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
• Cross functional knowledge in Integrated Supply Chain
• Ability to navigate through a matrixed organizational structure
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years of experience in large IT programs; preferably in ERP (Logistics) or WMS systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder) or implementing Trade Compliance solutions (SAP GTS) or Transport Management Systems or have extensive experience in the integrated supply chain area with exposure to IT
• Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills – proven ability to analyze complex problems and break them down into action items
• Conveys specific, observable, and/or measurable expectations for each assignment, and verifies understanding and agreement on deliverables and timeframes
• Ability to handle ambiguity; effectively cope with change, shifting gears while handling risk and uncertainty
• Ability to see bigger picture and review things on cost/benefit scale
• Experience in at least 3 full life cycle deployments as a hands-on functional/solution architect OR 6-8 years of solid ISC experience with exposure to IT solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
