Job Responsibilities:
- Drive top and bottom-line impact through the delivery of business, culture, and leadership solutions.
- Create and deliver design workshops to gain adoption of future state.
- Provide strategic oversight to project change & communications strategies, and work with the respective business communications leaders to drive impactful communications.
- Partner with the HR & Program Management Lead to create the strategy and scope of each project to deliver tangible outcomes.
- Provide OD expertise and help develop the enterprise OD strategy for a Fortune 100 company.
- Partner with and enable our Executive Leadership to meet current and future challenges by defining and assessing their Organizational strategies, often impacting headcounts of 10k+.
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic oversight to talent management strategies inclusive of the Honeywell’s COE’s strategies (learning and development, assessments, training, HR).
- Design and execute key programmatic elements of the OD process.
- Present actionable snapshots to support executives, utilizing and partnering with the Data Analytics.
- Act as a change agent supporting complex enterprise-wide transformation.
- Prioritize and know when to focus on current state diagnosis, capability building, and stakeholder management.

- Experience / Knowledgeable in Design Thinking methodologies.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Formal Organizational Development / Design qualifications.
- Experience leading a cross-functional team.
- Experience working across multiple cultures in an evolving, complex, matrixed environment, & managing virtual teams.
- Experience leading major organizational design & development projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite or related software
- Knowledge of trends in thought leadership, and leading practices in Human Capital Strategy, OE, Change Management, and Org Design methods
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience out of which a substantial portion must be in Organization development and effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver strategies.
- Accomplished in developing and translating high-level plans into actionable roadmaps for global deployment.
