To support, implement, sustain service processes to the Pacific and Southeast Asia terminals team, to successful completion within budget time, cost constraints and customer satisfaction. Travel is required in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination of on-time delivery of part(s)/total of conceptual, functional detailed design specifications.
- Coordination of customer support between Honeywell engineers and back office on:
- PMC Tank Gauging products including hardware and software
- PMC Fluid Loading Blending and Injection products
- PMC portable level / temp Tanksystems products
- PMC Small Volume Provers
- Coordination of workshop repair, service and warrantee associated orders
- Produce commercial documents with technical support from technical team
- Work with Team Leaders and Managers to ensure required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, and documentation) are in place.
- Sales Technical/Commercial/Order Administration support for PMC Terminals, Products, Solutions & Services
- Acts as the bridge between customers and back office for PMC Terminals team
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding communications skills.
- The ability to communicate complex issues concisely and with clarity.
- A very strong order administrative background
- Project Management Administrative Skills
- High level of understanding the nature of petrochemical environment.
- Attention to Detail Customer focused
- 5 Years Customer Interface (Internal and External) Lead Office Support Coordinator
- Strong team player, experience in working in a team environment
