Job Description:
The Sr. Instructional Designer/Trainer will Develop eLearning courses for technical and non-technical audiences. Develop training curricula. Assess success and efficiency of the training. Assess current training curriculum and update as required. Coordinate and deliver training and learning best practices as needed. Manage the overall eLearning projects, instructional design, coordination, delivery, and materials production. Administer Learning Management System (LMS) for the eLearning content.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to evolving products and technology
- Experience as an instructional designer for technical products
- 2+ years professional experience designing and training e-Learning courses
- 2+ years of Instructional Design and Rapid e-Learning Design methodologies
- 2+ years of experience with tools such as TechSmith, Camtasia and Articulate Storyline/RISE
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of eLearning course applications, including Articulate Storyline, RISE, Camtasia, and more
- Utilizing multimedia authoring tools (e.g., audio/video recording, editing, processing, and publishing, etc.)
- Professional narration of course content
- Transcribing course content
- Excellent graphic design skills
- Excellent team and communication skills
- Creating SCORM compliant e-learning courseware
- Administration with cloud based LMS tools
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a high sense of accountability
- Excellent design eye with great attention to detail and commitment to quality
