Job Description:
Honeywell Connected Enterprise is hiring a Senior Director of Finance/CFO for the Connected Buildings business responsible for all financial aspects of that business while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders. This leader will own the financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.

- Timely month/quarter close Journal Entries, Reports and Variance Explanations
- Push automated reporting while helping solve back-end systems and process gaps
- Financial projections including Short Range Outlook, AOP, and Forecasts
- Help lead the business on new product development and maturation
Job Requirements:
- ERP / systems experience (SAP, Hyperion Planning – a plus)
- Track record of developing sustainable performance cultures where team members are passionate about winning and drives results through inclusion and collaborative behavior
- 15+ years of finance executive or accounting experience within a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of US GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal controls
- MBA, CPA, and/ or CMA a plus
- Experience with Cyber Security and Software a major plus
- Experience in a matrixed organization with ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams globally
- A talented communicator with the ability to impact, influence and motivate external and internal stakeholders
