Job Description:

You will lead the highest visibility HR projects across Corporate HR in Honeywell. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of strategic programs involving the transformation of human resources. You will deliver critical projects on budget and on time, achieving measurable savings and promote engagement amongst senior internal and external stakeholders across the Corporate HR organization. You will be accountable for leading multiple high-level projects across regions. You will lead the management operating system that drives the systems and processes to support a large project portfolio globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project deliverables, benefits, and budget
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Own strategic alignment and scope of projects
  • Manage global and regional projects
  • Partner with senior level stakeholders in Corporate HR
  • Assess health of project scorecards
  • Lead and provide direction to project team members

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business or HR
  • Project management experience managing a multitude senior level stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder and change/engagement skills
  • Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
  • HR leadership experience with proven negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently, navigating competing priorities to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proven ability to drive change and deliver bottom line savings
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate business strategies that translate into clear objectives
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in an HR environment
  • Six Sigma Experience
