Develop and maintain a global quality management system to assure that all products manufactured and serviced by the organization meet customer requirements while achieving superior quality and reliability levels within Honeywell SPS & Intelligrated. You will apply your creativity and problem-solving techniques to implement critical and systemic quality assurance strategies and processes. You are accountable for and lead systemic improvement across all areas of the business. You will serve as a role model in the areas of quality, safety, leadership, teamwork, customer focus, continuous improvement and environmental stewardship to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and govern the quality management system strategy and lead creative solutions through multiple and complex global implementations and initiatives.
  • Ensure process compliance and alignment to ISO-9001, ISO-13485, FDA CFR-820 and EU-MDR standard requirements.
  • Sustain required quality system certifications (ISO-9001, ISO-13485, FDA CFR-820 and EU-MDR)
  • Direct internal process compliance auditing with supporting compliance KPIs.
  • Build a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by developing and retaining top talent
  • Stay current on industry Best Practice and deploy as needed
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to drive process compliance excellence and continuous improvement
  • Evolve business quality culture and awareness via communication, training, mentoring, and coaching.

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in a leadership/managerial role
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
  • Thorough understanding and practical use of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), DFR (Design for Reliability) and DFM (Design for Manufacturability)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science
  • 8+ years’ experience in quality management system/supply chain (ISO 9001)
  • Lead and solve complex organizational problems
  • Extensive influencing and collaboration skills
  • Expertise on leading / driving change, and mentor for new leaders or peers
  • Experience in materials and parts engineering
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Medical Device Quality Management Systems (FDA 820, ISO13485)
  • Industrial Device Aero, Gas, Automotive (AS9100, 80079-34, 17025)
