As AM Sales Excellence Specialist you will drive sales processes, sales programs, quota deployment and incentive support along with technology implementation that will accelerate revenue growth and set the organization up for rapid expansion. You will be responsible for creating and managing processes and automations which will allow the sales team to work at maximum efficiency while providing the leadership team with a clear view of the sales performance of the SBU and data to make informed sales and commercial decisions.
The AM Sales Excellence Specialist will closely interact with PMT and AM Commercial Excellence organizations to ensure alignment and coordination of initiatives, as well as consistency in reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and improving the sales operating platform of AM.
  • Leverage our sales tools, systems, and data to support the sales organization, with analytics and business insight to ensure that we are operating at full potential.
  • Align AM data analytics, SFDC use, and reporting to PMT direction. Manage standard AM SFDC / Analytic reports through PMT CoE.
  • Prepare data summaries necessary to present data for review by the Sales Management, Senior Management and other requesting departments.
  • Provide reliable data, scorecards and insights while driving improvement actions.
  • Improve sales processes, tools, behaviors and incentives with standards that align across the larger business group(s)
  • Analyze, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate Pipeline, Forecasts and Sales Behavior Index metrics.
  • Promote simplification and automation of the sale’s operational tools and metrics across AM, facilitating adoption and understanding by seller and sales leaders.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to maximize effectiveness of the Sales Incentive Program by defining quota metrics and implementation criteria, coordinate quota deployment with HQ, and ensure accurate and on time SIP payment.
  • Closely work with Sales Leaders, Lines of Businesses, Growth initiative Leaders, Finance and Planning Functions to ensure Annual Operation
  • Plan sales targets are coherently defined across LOBs, Sales and Growth Initiative teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Cultural awareness and can work across geographies within a diverse team.
  • Candidate should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills; as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of Business Intelligence Reporting and/or Sales Operations experience.
  • Good project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and task.
  • Strong change management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, work well within a team of commercial excellence experts and collaborate with individuals with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Experience with Tableau desktop including certification or equivalent
  • Sales Support experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Strong influencing skills with proven ability to lead process and tool improvements
  • Ability to work with complex and large data sets and delivery high accuracy reports.
  • Experience and track record of successfully implementing, administering, and managing Sales Operations processes and tools.
  • Functional and cross-functional team leadership experience
