Job Description: Drive efficient and effective deployment of global PPM process and Planview platform to improve Honeywell business results. You will provide inputs to IT strategy and be the key liaison between business and IT leadership teams to validate customer requirements and solution for deployment of Planview business and Global design model rollouts. You will drive solution discussion, and partner with business leaders, Honeywell Learning and Honeywell User Experience teams to ensure effective training is provided to facilitate rapid adoption applications Job Responsibilities: Escalate gaps and issues proactively in system definition, output definition and quality requirements Participates in fit/gap analysis of functional requirements and PMIS Platform features Responsible for Enterprise GPMO/GDM solution, business requirement translation to implementable use cases as per SBG GPMO processes, presented as "customer facing" story points Responsible for maturing the Engineering business requirements, driving first pass yield (99%) on quality and driving down rework Work with suppliers and other stake holders to Drive rapid issue resolution Keep GDM Process documentation and specification updated Lead functional documentation design and development (use cases, functional specifications, reports, screen prototypes) Visualize outputs of the system and ensure its defined and developed as per stakeholder expectations and VOC Drive harmonization of GPMO ownership within SBGs, providing guidelines and identifying best practices to SBG stakeholders. Work with SBG IT and business focal to create approved baselines of processes prior to initiating configurations in the PMIS platform Facilitate functional requirements walkthroughs and respond to Test and other functional teams’ questions from implementation and validation perspectives Work closely with Project Manager, Architects, Developers, Test team, business users/stake holders and applicable outside entities ensuring the program is successful This role is responsible to the Customer Projects and PPM/PMIS platform implementation team for the Global Project Management Office (GPMO) process, and will act as custodian of the GPMO process defined Drive and own Enterprise Global Project Management Office (GPMO)/Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) implementation solution for PPM using Planview platform Drive business requirements for PPM - Planview GDM/roll out implementations Work with all business groups and finalize the common process model and convergence solution for PPM solution rollout Drive configuration discussions against customization, ensure off the shelf features are used to the fullest extent. Contribute to development of user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts as appropriate. Act as a primary SME liaison between business users, IT project team and supplier on the GPMO process. Elicit non-functional requirements including performance and security at early stages, ensuring a robust system is planned and built. Recommend test strategy, drive validations, and sign off for GDM implementation Help Honeywell business groups to analyze the PPM solution and Provide inputs to build business case Job Requirements: Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting result US Citizenship due to contractual requirements Ability to speak, read and write English 4-5 years of Knowledge in implementation of PPM platform or PPM solutions (SAP PPM, HP PPM, Accolade, Planisware, etc.) Knowledgeable in PMO process / certified project management professional Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Finance 2+ years of experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Exceeding internal and external customer expectation Master’s degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferred Effective communication skills Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.) Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation Significant experience in project management Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint.
