Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Total Asset Management (TAM) operations, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Reporting into the General Manager, you will oversee Compliance Programs to ensure TAM compliance with Honeywell internal Policies and Procedures, as well as compliance with contract obligations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and consolidate as appropriate all common site activities, driving efficiencies and productivity.
• Ensure reporting requirements are maximised and consistent across the portfolio
• Review and update key Operating Term Documentation (OTD) driving consistency across all Service Sites
• Minimise the operational and abatement risks associated with the contract compliance
• Develop and deploy best practice for Help Desk operation (regarding triage of jobs)
• Strong working relationships with Facility Leaders all stakeholders and contracted parties are critical to be successful in this role
• Establish and maintain a detailed risk registers for all sites
• Provide functional support (operational review / contract compliance) to all major PPP/TAM bids
• Ensure TAM Compliance with HWL internal procedures and procedures including partnering with Finance, Procurement and HSE functions
• Ensure Compliance with Service contract obligations
• Train and support contract teams to maximise efficiency, ensure compliance and minimise risk

Job Requirements:

• Ideally you will be tertiary qualified in Business, Auditing or an equivalent (5-10 years) of experience in a similar Compliance Management role
  Police Clearance
• Member of professional industry body is preferred
• Proven experience in commercial issues management, including finance, risk-management, compliance and commercial/contract law
• A strong ability to prepare business cases and influence outcomes
• Experience in handling of change-management issues. The ability to get buy-in from TAM team on identified Compliance issues
