We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Culture Audit Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with and provide trusted and credible subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders combining interpersonal psychology and/or behavioural science know-how with knowledge of the business and the governance, risk and regulatory frameworks
  • Support Senior Management in the delivery of culture audits globally, that provide internal stakeholders with critical assessments of HSBC Culture risk
  • Provide independent, objective assessments to management and Risk and Audit committees on culture risk, using a data-driven and evidence-based approach
  • Lead culture audit activities utilising organisation psychology and behavioural science approaches, including interviews, focus groups, observations, documentation reviews and surveys. Support the Senior Manager with delivery of the broader culture audit agenda including innovation and embedment of the approach
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value and affect change

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in the Financial Services sector, consultancy, or internal/external audit
  • Able to apply qualitative and quantitative methods to analyse and investigate challenging scenarios and situations
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Undergraduate / Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Behaviour Science, or other relevant discipline preferred but is not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and experience of producing smart, simple, and pragmatic solutions
  • Capable of working on own initiative and participating optimally in a team environment
  • Relevant work experience, qualifications or certifications in one or more of the following: audit, human resources, data analytics, project management, or risk capabilities
  • Analytical, critical, and innovative thinker, who can effectively manage competing priorities and complex challenges to deliver positive outcomes
