Job Description: We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Travel Planner in Irvine, CA . The Travel Planner will report to the Lead Travel Planner and support the Travel & Events Department with a focus on Foundation and Anniversary Packages at In-N-Out Burger. Job Responsibilities: Outstanding customer engagement skills providing all travel-related services with internal and external partners. Ensure travel bookings are complete, accurate, and timely and ensure the company travel policies are met Ensure usage of unused tickets and credits Extensive experience in handling international travel, creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for foundation auction packages, and earned incentive trips. Analytical skills to effectively analyze data and build meaningful reports, metrics, and charts. Prior experience and extensive knowledge of FIT planning, hotels, ground transportation, cruises, tours, and other destinations Exceptional customer service traits in handling VIPs/Executive clients requiring high touch reservation assistance Detail-oriented for complex trip research and to analyze cost comparisons Provide airline, hotel, car rental quotes, options, and estimated travel costs for travel packages Must have the ability to initiate and follow up on travel packages with the Fundraising Events team and work to plan, create and manage projects with external teams strategically Ability to anticipate the needs and provide creative solutions when issues arise Responds to general internal and external travel questions via phone and email Assist with group travel data entry and flight manifests Assists with tracking hotel meeting planner points, donations, and usage Review and recommend all travel restrictions for auction packages Superior skills in organization, prioritization, time management, and follow-up Ability to track all incoming trip donations and travel reward points to use towards both In-N-Out Burger Foundation and Slave 2 Nothing foundation packages Job Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook VIP and international experience required Professional demeanor at all times Self-motivated and Self-Starter and has the ability to work efficiently under pressure 3- 5 years of travel experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills; positive attitude Group Wizard and Cvent preferred Strong time-management, organizational and prioritization skills Private Air Charter experience is preferred Experience in GDS software such as Concur and Sabre required Job Details: Company: In-N-Out Burger Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: San Francisco, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
