Job Responsibilities:

Jack in the Box Inc. is seeking a District Manager in the Los Angeles market to drive restaurant sales and profits by providing clear direction and leadership to restaurant management. You will conduct restaurant audits and regularly monitor performance as well as educate and consult with managers to ensure their understanding of restaurant operational and financial performance. You will be responsible for executing the brand strategy and promoting the Company’s vision, mission, and values. You will also utilize effective recruiting sources and methods to attract and select talented employees.

Qualification & Experience:

• 5 years multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail or related industry. In lieu of a related degree, requires 4 years related multi-unit experience or previous ownership of small business.
• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Business or related field.
