Job Description:
Reporting into our in Resort Management Team, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers’ from the moment they arrive in resort. Visiting our customers at their hotels and being present to support them at any time during their stay is essential in this role.
Job Requirements:
All our customers have different requirements to make their holiday special and using your fantastic local knowledge of the resort, you will have the confidence to recommend local experiences, attractions and excursions to match our customers needs to ensure they have a lovely holiday.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, customer focused and adaptable people to help create memories for our customers that will last a lifetime.
