JetBlue Jobs 2022 – Analyst Schedule Publications

Job Description:

The Analyst Publications works as part of the Scheduling Team and is primarily responsible for the distribution and publication of the schedule and weekly codeshare processing. The Analyst also provides support for strategic initiatives and is required to collaborate with internal and external teams on various projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support and data that will improve customer satisfaction and help identify opportunities for process improvement
• Responsible for the weekly Codeshare processing and supports new partnerships launches
• Maintains and files JetBlue MCTs (Minimum Connect Times)
• Work across teams on strategic projects
• Process weekly and ad-hoc schedule changes
• Maintains schedule change tables and publication settings
• Distributes accurate JetBlue publication schedules to external sources and internal JetBlue departments
• Other duties may include supporting other commercial teams with ad-hoc requests and producing daily/week/monthly reports
• Assists IT department with any schedule related testing
• Assists Reservation department with schedule change related matters

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work well with all levels of leadership
• Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment
• Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Aviation related field or Business, Engineering, or Computer studies
• One (1) year of analytical experience
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Understanding of the airline operations and planning as it relates to the development of the schedule
• Able to effectively handle numerous schedules issues at the same time
• Strong written and verbal communication ability
• Two (1) years of airline experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail
