KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Business Development Organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day alliance relationship and activities with Alliance Partner; direct the alliance management, alliance enablement and co-sell pipeline and support the solution development, sales and marketing required by the Alliance
  • Manage the firm’s participation in the Alliance Partner’s formal program – including training, certifications, awards, software usage rights, opportunity registration, conferences and joint marketing
  • Provide stakeholders with updates on Alliance Partner’s organization and manage the firm’s alliance relationship mapping and drive progress on multiple leads; increasing the size of the Alliance Influenced Pipeline
  • Lead development, management and approval of a joint business plans, support risk and legal contracts and gain commitment from interested and affected individuals; provide the service networks with access to product management, development, support and training from Alliance Partner
  • Educate and align field sellers / marketers with KPMG’s Alliance practice and sales teams

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships; Strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving actions across organizational boundaries
  • Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and track record of delivering results
  • Minimum seven years of experience in services or consultative business development with at least two years of experience managing a strategic alliance/sale
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university in Business/related field or equivalent experience
  • Travel up to forty percent
