Job Responsibilities:

As Restaurant General Manager (RGM) you are our Number 1 business leader. 92% of people who work for brand KFC are led by Restaurant General Managers all across the UK & Ireland. We’ll never take for granted the important role you play in leading our teams to deliver our world famous fried chicken to all of our fans. Our RGM’s have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds; from supermarkets, pubs, to high street retailers and even banks. Job Requirements:

  • Leadership and development of a diverse team; strong positive communication skills; understanding of HR disciplinary and grievance processes advantageous.
  • Retail & hospitality management, proven track record of improving the guest experience.
  • Proven track record growing sales; decision making successes; commercial understanding.
  • Understanding of profit & loss drivers; decision making successes; cost management; commercial understanding.
