Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality platform deliverables in accordance with the platform roadmap and project timelines
• Contribute to the Product roadmaps and to the company’s Power Platform community
• Execution of process engineering and operational improvement initiatives, automation, efficiency for platforms/products
• Act as primary technical contact and lead for the MS Power Platform; Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents
• Define project delivery documentation including best practices, design, build and operations guides, as well as the management processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of M365 including SPO (SharePoint Online) and Teams platform will be an asset
• Experience in managing delivery of services / products related to M365 and MS technology preferably in a global environment
• Familiar with the creation of best practices, IT standards and roadmaps
• Minimum five years of experience in a large enterprise with an established track record of leading, identifying and addressing business requirements in all aspects of Product/Service design and delivery
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge and experience with one or more of the Microsoft Powered platform technologies: Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
