Job Responsibilities:

  • Drives the day-to-day management of deliverables for a cross-functional core team across the areas of product engineering, service delivery and go-to-market for new solution development and existing solution management
  • Provides P&L responsibility and accountability for Managed Services by closely managing the delivery of products and services with strict financial controls
  • Creates and implements standardized processes and improves on existing methodologies, including departmental structures and organizational improvements
  • Collaborates with solution leadership, alliances, business and industry teams to identify, assess and define solutions that solve complex business problems with overall accountability of a comprehensive solution roadmap
  • Contact for internal and external client/market interactions supporting sales and on-going client management activities as the managed services evangelist and solution manager

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Financial Systems processes, workflows and enabling technologies
  • Ability to lead and mentor cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical and judgment, interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Solid project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in the area of Product Management, Program Management, Solution Development and/or Solution Delivery for a technology services company, with industry expertise in a highly technical and fast paced delivery environment; including 3+ years experience in providing client services
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, business management or business information systems; strong knowledge of and expertise with portfolio management of many active customer-centric products and services
