Job Responsibilities: Maintain and execute category strategies and maintain sourcing plans for Firm travel Lead all aspects from requirements gathering, sourcing, negotiations, contracting and supplier management processes to reporting Analyze supplier proposals, conduct objective evaluation and prepare recommendations to facilitate supplier selection process Facilitate negotiations with travel suppliers including air and ground transportation, lodging, travel technology, corporate card, TMC and others as needed Lead cross-functional teams through the requirements gathering, sourcing, negotiations, contracting and supplier management processes Partner with various compliance functions, including legal, F&A, independence, digital security and risk, to ensure adherence with applicable policies, regulatory conditions and achievement of favorable contractual terms; manage the travel supply base and drive continuous improvement for category scope, reviewing suppliers against contractual obligations/SLAs, assessing risk Job Requirements: Strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills to effectively navigate a complex management and organization structure with a high degree of ambiguity Demonstrated analytical, financial, problem solving, organization and project management skills to include stakeholder and meeting facilitation skills Minimum seven years of travel sourcing experience required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience; MBA and other relevant degree /certification highly desirable Experience with category management strategies for the travel category, opportunity diagnostic, strategic sourcing process, supplier management with a proven track record of delivering business impact Proved experience in the travel supply chain and a track record of leading sustainable high impact sourcing approaches beyond competitive bidding Job Details: Company: KPMG Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Melville, NY, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
