KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Advisory Data Organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the ingestion, onboarding and maintenance of data assets (KPMG and third party) and reusable data-driven solutions within
• Advisory’s centralized data marketplace platform to enable our client-facing professionals with self-service access to digital assets and accelerators for enhanced client delivery
• Establishes a measurable, scalable operational model and playbook around the democratization, use and monitoring of data assets to institute a best-in-class approach for managing KPMG’s data assets firmwide
• Defines and implements a data portfolio management strategy and operating model to drive growth and expansion of Advisory’s data ecosystem to enable go-to-market solutions and client delivery opportunities
• Develops and operationalizes an Advisory-wide framework to monitor and report on the utilization, value creation and ROI enabled by KPMG data and third-party data investments across Advisory solutions and service networks
• Manages and supports Advisory investments on data, including acquisitions, renewals, cost allocation across business functions utilizing data investments and collaborating with procurement and third party data acquisition teams to improve/broaden contractual access and availability of data to all KPMG professionals for GTM use
• Partners with the Advisory Data Concierge team to promote and educate KPMG professionals on the opportunities to leverage data in the creation of reusable client-facing solutions

Job Requirements:

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain management, vendor negotiation and contracting and project management preferred
• Strong business acumen, with problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate and articulate business needs to executive level stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a desire to gain a tactical knowledge of KPMG’s data and analytics assets
• Proactive, self-starter, entrepreneurial leader, with ability to lead best practice design, build and execution of the portfolio strategy
• Minimum of eight years of recent experience in Portfolio Management in a client-facing consulting discipline (e.g. procurement or related contract logistics experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in business administration, operations, business process management or similar field required
