KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Global Procurement (Content & Knowledge Management Category) to join our KPMG International Global Procurement organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Global Procurement systems and the data contained therein, are always accurate and current
  • Provides advice and counsel to member firms on procurement services provided by Global Procurement
  • Supports the development of the category strategies and annual category plans for assigned high value/high complexity/high risk category/categories
  • Analyzes and prepare reports on the supply market for products/services within assigned categories
  • Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, detailed statements of work, pricing, service levels and executes agreements
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Global Procurement in the sourcing, contractual and commercial negotiation activities with third parties for high risk transactions within the knowledge management category

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of procurement experience in the knowledge management category
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Certified Procurement professional qualifications are desirable, for example: (CSCP), (CPIM), (APICS), (CPSM), (ISM), The SCPro™ from (CSCMP), The Complete Skilled Negotiator™
  • Understand supplier management (managing technical, schedule, commercial terms and conditions compliance)
  • Have knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
  • Experience creating and generating procurement reports within Excel and have the data tell a story
