KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Advisory Learning Approach and Planning Lead to join our Learning & Development organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance and strategic direction to team
  • Grow and expand depth and breadth of stakeholder relationships for influence
  • Translate business strategy into learning requirements, enabling processes, roadmaps and lifecycle recommendations for assigned portfolio of learning programs through regular collaboration with the business and alignment to strategy
  • Identify relevant trends, topics, performance expectations and learning objectives to anticipate learning needs and opportunities with stakeholders
  • Lead outcome-based intake process as part of the core forum of multi-disciplinary L&D professionals; planning and executing appropriate needs analysis if required

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills in client relationship management and influence, performance consulting methodologies, performance improvement and measurement skills
  • Ability to travel to Orlando (10-20% time) or other key locations where team members reside, on an as-needed basis
  • Effectively lead large, complex team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders and sponsors; previous performance management experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of people, lead large and small group discussions and drive difficult conversations to successful outcomes
  • Minimum twelve years of experience in advisory implementing strategic learning solutions in a large, corporate environment preferably within a professional services firm or consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
