KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Tax Learning & Development Internal Communications to join our Learning & Development organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and writing about KPMG programs for learning and development industry recognition, including articles, white papers and award applications
- Develop an understanding of KPMG guidelines and policies on branding, data privacy, reuse of intellectual property and other related issues; act as a resource for finding answers to questions about these issues
- Consult with instructional designers, program planners, delivery leads and other stakeholders to develop, execute and track multifaceted communication plans in support of key learning and development initiatives
- Write, edit and distribute a variety of internal communications highlighting upcoming internal learning and development requirements and opportunities and explaining complex technical concepts in clear, compelling language
- Help to monitor and improve KPMG’s process for developing and distributing a high volume of tactical communications related to learning programs and initiatives
- Support the creation of leadership presentation materials, including slide decks, talking points and speeches used to promote and communicate KPMG’s learning and development initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Record of success in translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages; comfortable with high volume and high profile writing
- Record of success in managing and improving a defined communications process
- Minimum five years of progressive communications experience; preferably within a large, fast-paced, internal corporate communications environment
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field from an accredited college or university
- Experience managing and leveraging project teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook; HTML is a plus
