Live Nation Application – Summer 2021 Marketing Intern

Job Description:

The Live Nation Marketing department is in search of a highly motivated, organized and most importantly, enthusiastic individual who is interested in working within the very heart of the entertainment industry!

The Seattle Marketing internship is designed to offer students a hands-on learning experience of various aspects in the Marketing department for Seattle market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Special Projects as assigned
  • Keep upcoming concert files updated and organized
  • On site media escorting during select events
  • Campus Outreach – Promotion of shows in collaboration with student clubs/activities board(s)
  • Assist White River Amphitheatre Venue Marketer with upkeep of social media pages
  • Support marketing department in daily activities

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to commit to 16 – 20 hours per week
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle
  • Knowledge of social media sites and tools, and an active participant in social networking
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Keep upcoming concert files updated and organized
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and must know how to photocopy.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Applicant must be doing an internship for university credit
  • We are looking for an intern who is interested in learning to market events, especially concerts. (able to supply a letter from sponsor/administrator upon request)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Majoring in marketing, communications, business or a related field pursuing
  • Must have an avid interest in music, knowledgeable about artists and genres, and an overall interest in learning about the music industry
