Job Description: The Senior Manager, D2C Site Merchandising Strategy Lead will h elp lead the way in redefining how our consumers shop online. This role is critical in shaping the consumer site experience strategy for L'Oréal LUXE’s portfolio of 9+ branded D2C sites, overseeing and driving the Divisional strategy for everything from visual merchandising to content to functionality and campaign planning and execution. This leader will drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly aspirational & frictionless online shopping experience. Provides strategic recommendations to ourSites to enable them to drive their holistic site strategy, using consumer insights to tell a cohesive story and create a seamless consumer experience thru visual site merchandising & site functionality (including navigation, hierarchy, search and browse, new product on-boarding, etc.). Build trust quickly and lead by influence , creating impact through partnership & ownership by b ecoming an invaluable strategic partner to the Brands. Advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site’s strategic direction and execution. Use data and insights to make informed and impactful decisions, with the ability to translate complex data into actions and improvements. T his leader will oversee the development of site metrics and dashboards to monitor site health, providing strategic insights to business stakeholders to influence the overall direction for the site. They will adapt and cultivate a “measurement as a religion” mindset across teams and brands. Management of the budget of external agency partner(s), as well as explore and suggest new tools and vendors that could help influence and advance our Site Merchandising strategy Train, lead and develop team of Site Merchandisers, serving as the leader of the business, while simultaneously allowing team and cross functional partners the creative freedom and opportunities to act as the managers of their individual departments Take lead role in senior management meetings , presenting in-depth analysis of insights and recommendations; must be able to sell and validate point of view with facts and analysis. Job Requirements: Demonstrated desire and ability to work effectively at both the strategic and tactical execution levels Experience with JIRA, web analytics (Google Analytics preferred), and other site merchandising analytics tools Proven experience with dynamic site merchandising software; Demonstrated success in being an internal digital champion Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Strong analytical mind with process orientation Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures H ands-on site merchandising experience – specifically on site search, sorting rules, promotions and A/B testing 7+ years related experience in eCommerce Site Merchandising, or related field Proven ability to effectively gain alignment and socialize innovation across a highly-matrixed environment Mastery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager; experience with Interaction Studio and other Salesforce tools a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Direct to consumer eCommerce experience a requirement; e xperience in the beauty or luxury industry preferred Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary Prior management experience required; must have experience in successfully developing talent Ability to introduce innovative business ideas to partners and stakeholders Job Details: Company: L'Oréal Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Clark, NJ, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
