Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptional Retail and Education Area Manager, who can blend strategic business acumen with a service-led coaching style to navigate the future of our retail space. You will lead by example, with a genuine excitement and love for our brands, luxury retail and exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage store targeting process to ensure clear and accurate targets by store reflect a consistent strategy, ensuring targets are in line with company net sales plans
- Have a passion for your people – as part of your role you will strategically spend a lot of time in store coaching and developing Beauty
- Consultants with a focus on development of service and commercial skill sets
- Ensure excellence of brand image in the stores at all times; counters, displays, team, etc
- Create joint up ‘One Luxe’ communication approach to build excellent retailer relationships and collaborate with retailer to ensure success
- Monitor and report back on stock levels to optimize performance
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop new starters into the business
- Contribute to the engagement of digital learning and engagement
- Be a One Luxe ambassador and advocate of change
- To continue to shape, roll out and review the multi-brand model across all levels
Job Requirements:
- Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques, customer service and proven ability to drive results
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous sales and team management experience, ideally within beauty industry
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
- Valid UK driving licence
- Strong capability on Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Outlook
