Job Description:

The Analyst – Customer Analytics will work with the senior manager to use data & analytic practices to drive value and actionable insights to address business challenges and provide recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform profiling, exploratory and deep dive analysis on loyalty customer and transaction data to determine quality and usefulness of available information
• Synthesize data and present actionable insights
• Promotes and practice communication and participatory management within the team
• Business Analysis and Data Science
• Support senior manager in managing all aspects of online customer research projects, which include outlining scope, defining objectives, selecting methodology, setting up surveys, collect and analyze feedback that addresses specific quantitative research objectives
• Be a role model and ensure the application of Majid Al Futtaim Retail corporate policies and guarantee the implementation of all laws, regulations and cultural practices of the operating countries are followed and respected
• Practices the company values and guarantees the same is respected and followed by the department team members
• Apply data analysis & statistical techniques to large data-sets related to our customer’s behaviors in conjunction with transactional and other interaction data to analyze.
• Review customer data for trends, patterns and causal analysis to assist retail business in understanding customer behavior cross brand and category.
• Create research reports complete with relevant analysis and actionable insights to meet business objectives. Effectively interpret and communicate results
• Analyze and synthesize data from multiple data sets for succinct, actionable insights.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Project management
• Strong communicator and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Business Administration or relevant
• Masters in the same field is preferred
• Minimum experience
• 6+ years in a similar position
• 2+ years in retail business is preferred
