Job Responsibilities:

• Production costs, variable costs tracking and reporting
• Business case analysis for investments to support decision making
• Ad-hoc analysis to improve insights and drive business performance
• Departmental expense and funding tracking and reporting.
• Represent plant controlling in various forums as required and support business in decision making
• Cost center and Profit center master maintenance
• Undertake benchmark study versus other Daimler Truck entities and liaise with stakeholders for adopting best practices.
• Actuals reporting along with variance analysis for the operative and management committees
• Define the financial premises in consultation with line functions for achieving the most optimum result
• Financial Controller for Plant controlling team- Planning & Reporting
• Projections for monthly forecasts, near term operative and long term strategic plans
• Monthly actual settlements and assessments
• Bring in new digital initiatives into FC

Job Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task deliverables to various stakeholder
• Ability to work in agile environment and flexible timings
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO and CO-PA module
• Experience in planning and reporting profile preferred
• Experience in automotive firms is desirable
• Excellent Analytical, Communication and Presentation skills and ability to foster relationships with other teams
