The Global Brand Imaging (GBI) team in Los Angeles is seeking a Production Coordinator. Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize weekly shoot status for the Los Angeles production teams to align with Portland production team
  • If necessary, provide on-set support for e-commerce and editorial shoots and casting productions
  • Oversee department administrative tasks such as new employee computer/phone set up, move requests, phone extensions, etc
  • You will be the right hand of the production team and will sub in as necessary for the PDP (on-figure and product) and editorial sides of the studio
  • Provide pre-production and wrap support through load-in and load-out of product at the GBI LA studio
  • Own and maintain processes for department organization such as ordering supplies, storage for shoot props/equipment and managing shipping
  • Become an expert in all department technological tools such as Cranium and Shift Expert to ensure team members have the necessary support throughout above duties (scheduling, vendor set up, invoicing and contract management)
  • Administrative support for the Sr. Creative Director and Director as needed
  • Support all administrative duties of production for the Los Angeles GBI Production teams to include scheduling, vendor set up, onboarding, invoicing, financial support and contract management
  • Oversee shipment and tracking of inbound and outbound wardrobe, props and any other production items necessary for shoots

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize work appropriately, and meet assigned deadlines; excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and well organized
  • Thrive in a self-started, faced-paced and changing environment with flexibility to adapt to last-minute additions and changes in direction
  • Demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment and develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across the company; willingness to work with colleagues at all levels
  • Knowledge of photo and video production – minimum of 1 year
  • Demonstrable problem solver who can devise creative solutions to new client offerings and existing business needs
  • Demonstrable ability to make effective decisions in challenging situations and/or under pressure
  • Able to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing multiple projects (small to large-scale) with multiple partners
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or Combination of relevant education, experience and training
