Job Description: As our District Loss Prevention Manager will act as the Loss Prevention (LP) subject matter expert at the District level for Nike and Converse buildings. We’re looking for a leader who will be a strategic and operational partner that will assist with reducing overall inventory shortage and minimizing business risks to the brand. Job Responsibilities: Utilize exception based reporting to identify and resolve theft and shrink activity Cultivate effective relationships with police departments, shopping mall security and management teams Use all retail systems to uncover operational deficiencies Responsiveness for off-hour, on-call incident management support for the North America Direct business Ensure that all store loss prevention systems and programs are fully operational, being regularly maintained, and properly used, including CCTV, alarms, locks, etc Identify, lead, and resolve time sensitive critical issues Develop and implement shortage reduction plans and monthly business plans Educate and coach leaders on internal theft detection Be proficient with store systems and implement training programs accordingly Gather intelligence on organized theft activity as well as other business impacting activities as directed Conduct loss prevention store audits Educate and coach leaders and store teams on external theft policies and practices Liaise effectively with cross-functional partners Job Requirements: Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Minimum 5 years retail loss prevention experience, including 3 years management experience within a retail environment CFI (Certified Forensic Interviewer) preferred Strong written, verbal, electronic communication and presentation skills I have a Bachelors degree or a combination of relevant education, experience and training.
