Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Talent Controller to join our team in Cranfield, this is a fantastic role for someone to look after L&D and Talent needs for the business
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse talent data to guide business decisions, including but not limited to X-functional rotations
- Talent acquisition which involves identifying and acquiring skilled workers to meet our organizational needs. Identify, acquire, assess, and hire candidates to fill open positions within the Company (including screening candidates and carrying out interviews for internal/external recruitment, preparing offers and all related paperwork, carrying out inductions for new employees, etc.)
- Deploy regional AMIEO TM and TA strategy in line with business needs
- Hold career discussions with employees on an adhoc basis (IDP, CDP)
- Identify and develop talent across the business
- Develop programs to define, develop and retain critical talent
- Any other reasonable requests in line with business requirements
- Lead Recruitment for IPs, Apprentices and Graduates for Cranfield in line with the annual requirements set by each business function
- Lead Validation centres for Graduates at Cranfield, work closely across UK to align on the processes as much as the business specificities allow
- Deliver site Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
- Carry out exit interviews and provide analysis of the obtained data to the HR BP’s
- Manage Talent Acquisition budget, including MSP invoicing
- Support the HR Business Partners with Succession Planning and preparation for talent review meetings (local, regional, global where needed)
Job Requirements:

- Knowledge of LMS software and applications

- Ability to manage comprehensive learning needs analysis
- Confident and personable approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Generalist HR experience desirable
- Customer focus
- Ability to effectively work in tight time constraints and under pressure
- Previous Talent Management experience required
- Supplier management experience desirable
- Workday and Cornerstone experience desirable
- Previous L&D experience desirable; coaching, training design and delivery
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Team player who also has the ability to work off their own initiative and make decisions
- Previous Talent Acquisition experience required
