Managing a unit within Pizza Hut at Gotham NewCo 2 requires someone who thrives on a challenge and excels within a fast-paced environment. The pressure of making quick, impactful decisions can be tough and we are looking for those ‘Step-Change Thinkers’ who have a great commercial awareness and can grow a business as well as their team.

Job Responsibilities:

Expect a role that’ll stretch you every day. When you’re not taking calls, sorting out rotas or motivating the team, you’ll take the lead on promotions designed to boost turnover.

You’ll have complete financial responsibility for your operation and provided you maintain brand values, you’ll have the freedom and autonomy to run the unit your way.
