We’re looking for a Dance Project Supervisor to help lead our efforts by supervising, teaching, directing, and installing all cast members to their assigned vessels.

Job Responsibilities:
- Display in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of the production shows.
- Accountable for the archiving of show reference materials and distribute all learning materials as required.
- Mentor cast talent and provide guidance in protocols and expectations both shoreside and onboard.
- Consistently display cost saving approaches in the ordering and distribution of consumable items, travel logistics and accommodations.
- Possess a clear understanding of onboard theatre safety measures.
- Monitor in collaboration with the Assistant and Cast Manager all onboard dressing room inventory and the ordering of costume replacements and consumable items.
- Accountable for supervising, teaching, and installing all cast members for their assigned vessels.
- Ensure all shoreside cast visa compliancy and support all medical documentation, and payroll issues.
- Create daily training schedules and coordinate all cast installs with onboard management.
- Participates in shoe fittings and the distribution of consumables, warehouse inventory and management.
Job Requirements:

- Experience in staging and installing live theatre productions.
- Stage Write App experience.
- Final Cut Pro experience.
- Displays excellent dance technique in a diversity of styles.
- Previous casting experience.
- Previous experience in logistical planning.
- Princess Cast Manager experience.
- Proven teaching, directing, and staging ability.
Qualification & Experience:
- Associate Degree, leadership and engagement skills or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in cruise or live entertainment industry.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience as a professional dancer.
- Minimum 1 year Cast Manager experience.
- Promote experiential ownership to align with our brand standards, enhancing the overall guest experience.
