Job Description:

As an IT Service Manager on our Enterprise Support Solutions team, you’ll lead a team of subject matter experts and engineers that support our Windows Server Operating Systems as well as our Active Directory and directory services environments. You’ll handle project staffing and prioritization, vendor engagement, incident escalation, and service availability. Delivering the team’s agenda calls for complex project sponsorship, practical organizational change management experience, diversity and inclusion advocacy, Lean leadership, partnering and relationship-building skills and a passion for attracting and developing talent for a high-performing team. There are several opportunities to partner with other organizations including our Database, IT Enterprise Security, Cloud and Automation, and Enterprise Software Development Capabilities teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Broad knowledge of Information Technology functions which could include an individual focus on systems engineering, service management, security, architecture, computer operations, or other specialties
  • Reporting skills experience with lean and agile methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery
  • Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted
  • Project oversight, planning, tracking and reporting skills with advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
