Job Description: The Project Lead proactively manages all daily creative deadlines ensuring that creative assets are being built, approved and delivered to the appropriate publication and/or external vendors as scheduled. They will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams as well as third party vendors to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Job Responsibilities: Train new team members on workflow process and our project management tools Ensure marketing strategies are being applied across projects Work with external and internal teams to determine project objectives and assist in meeting goals Manage team’s project scopes, determine needed resources and coordinate work assignments to creative team Responsible for the day-to-day project and task management to appropriate resources by communicating daily with the Sr. Manager of Social Media and leads for each team Evaluate and update internal systems to reflect shifting workload and initiatives Partner with Account Executives and department managers to establish project timelines and priorities and communicate those to the creative team Proactively keep Social Media Sr. Manager abreast of issues and seek clarification on any conflicting priorities Share monthly and quarterly reports with leadership Manage monthly and quarterly team productivity reports Provide departments with status updates on key deliverables Lead project planning sessions, manage project progress and adapt work as required Pinpoint challenges and trends within the team to then drive business goals and creative development Job Requirements: Basic knowledge of Creative Suite a plus Able to provide recommendations for streamlining processes and systems based on previous experience.
