Job Description:

The Director / Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and grow a comprehensive and candidate-centric talent function serving all levels of the Shake Shack Organization with a focus on operations management sourcing and acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction, facilitate goal setting, monitor KPI’s and deliver regular feedback to help team members achieve their professional goals. Lead, coach, develop and manage the remote Regional Recruiting Partners and Coordinator.
• Talent Systems: Manage the configuration, optimization and maintenance of talent systems to meet the needs of the business; serve as primary administrator for the ATS, assessment and career site.
• Labor Planning Management: Work with Hiring Managers in the organization to proactively plan their staffing needs in advance while building a talent bench and sourcing passive talent company-wide.
• Strategic Talent Recruitment: Develop and execute a global talent acquisition and management strategy to proactively address our aggressive expansion plans that target diverse pools of talent. Explore the latest recruitment technology and methods to find innovative staffing solutions to overcome hiring barriers.
• Employment Brand: Drive and execute employment brand by developing a compelling online and In-Shack story to attract top talent.
• Responsible for all recruitment marketing asset creation, development and distribution. Primary decision maker for the Agency On Record to buy advertising and create custom campaigns to meet the hiring demands of all Shacks.
• Continually assess business processes to increase the talent function capacity.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• MS Office Proficiency
• ATS Proficiency
• Strong Analytical skills

Qualification & Experience:

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience
• 6+ years of supervisory experience
• Hospitality HR Management experience preferred
• Workday experience is preferred
