Job Responsibilities:
This position will provide administrative support and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Create reports and prepare presentations
- Provide sales reporting as needed
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain database
- Order office supplies
- Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary
- Assist with preparation for special events, programs, and conferences
- New hire preparation – phone, computer, mailbox, supplies, name tag
- Invoice processing
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access)
- Strong organizational skills, highly motivated, with attention to detail
- Flexibility and capability to work multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Staples knowledge a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of administrative experience
- Experience using Salesforce.com system
- Ability to prioritize, follow-up and communicate effectively with all levels of Sales
- Must be sensitive to working with confidential information
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
