Job Responsibilities:
This position is in the Mortgage and Real Estate unit of the Investment Department. The position will require working with Investment Accounting, Legal, and external borrowers and service agents. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining investment loan files
- Responding to requests and inquiries from outside entities and internal accountants, auditors, or system personnel regarding investment transactions
- Executing investments transactions and managing relationships with investment vendors
- Assisting with other servicing responsibilities
- Performing mortgage closings
- Data collection from a variety of internal and external sources, preparing and maintaining reports, records, and information relating to transactions and investment activity
- Preparing mortgage reporting
- Assisting with loan review
- Processing new loan applications
- Processing construction loans
- Inputting mortgage data into mortgage system
Job Requirements:
- Experience in mortgage banking, loan processing/closing/servicing, or real estate investments is beneficial, but is not required.
- Completion of internal or external coursework in accounting, mathematics, finance, real estate, and software utilization would be beneficial, but is not required
