Job Description:
The Learning & Development Ops Assistant will be responsible for assisting Trainer with various training administration details/portions for the LAC Miami Office Training Center. Assist corporate trainer with various operational tasks/projects as described/outlined. Assist on operational projects to improve LAC initiatives & customer experience programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop recognition and incentives programs that can be implemented at the country, DA or store level. ie Certificate for Best Customer Service, Best Suggestive Selling, Highest Catering Sales, Most improved in Operations or customer service, to highlight and share best practices as well as reinforce strategic initiatives.
- Support Operational initiatives
- Assist on delivering basic level training via classroom in some portions of the Franchisee training Couse and to facilitate sections of training programs for Field Staff, Franchisee, Manager, and Multi-Unit training as assigned.
- Assist on visiting training stores and help trainer to evaluate for learning methods.
- Help create training and operations tools and resources to improve customer experience & Profit building at the restaurant level.
- Support LAC corporate trainer in a variety of administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Communication, phone and negotiation skills are required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong detail oriented and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills, oral presentation, classroom management, and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to multi task and coordinate and perform responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Computer Skills with Excel, Word and Power Point
- Must also be able to work independently while possessing excellent communication and teamwork skill
