Job Description:

Where does this role fit within Ted’s Team? The FP&A Analyst is a lynchpin in supporting the quarterly forecast and annual budgeting cycle, and providing visibility to the CFO, Board and management on current and expected performance. A critical part of this will be developing and maintaining financial models and supporting our Transformation Programme. You will provide commercial and analytical support to the CFO and Board through delivering reporting on financial and operational KPIs, as well as through carrying out ad hoc analysis on high-priority and or strategy projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver improved reporting on financials and operational KPIs, including weekly flash updates and monthly Board reports
  • Support external reporting through analysis of performance and variances to projections and prior years
  • Identify and prioritise financial opportunities and improvements to ways of working
  • Support CEO and CFO with ad hoc analysis and projects
  • Support and enhance annual budgeting cycle, including o developing and maintaining the budget model o liaising with functional leaders and Finance colleagues o reviewing and challenging assumptions
  • o clearly communicating methodologies, outputs and issues
  • Manage regular reforecast process, working closely with colleagues across the business to provide best estimates of future performance
  • Support company-wide Transformation Programme with analytical support, benefit tracking, delivery progress review, and business case development

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrable FP&A experience in an international business of scale and scope
  • Experience of Board level exposure
  • Exposure to working in a matrix organisation across regions and product lines
  • Experience of using Hyperion and PowerBI desirable but not essential
  • Highly analytical, commercial and intelligent
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, fluid environment
  • Flexible work style, able to collaborate with colleagues across the Group as well as work independently
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
