Are you a results-oriented individual with supply chain planning experience? As a Texas Instruments Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be assigned challenging projects that will allow you to apply your experience in a positive and professional work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive cost efficiency & productivity improvement
- Point of contact for first level Autostore issues solving & liaison with the Autostore supplier (Swisslog)
- Become the on-site subject matter expert for the Autostore system (storage automation)
- Understanding of the latest storage automation developments
- Responsible for Autostore usage & utilization, maintenance, improvements, S/W upgrades.
- A hands-on understanding of how TI’s product distribution store units and ship to our customers
- Maintain quality and reduce customer complaints (zero defect mindset)
- Manage the logistics service provider in charge of the daily operations of TI’s PDC located in Fort Worth, TX
- Coordinate the workload support plan with the logistics service provider
- Support TI.com roadmap as well as BMCD (Bring More Customer Direct) initiatives
- Insight into TI’s eCommerce operations with >3Bu shipping in 2021
- Participate in continuous improvement by suggesting and driving updates to SOPs when needed
- Working and negotiating with a Logistics Service Provider
- Drive process sameness deploying SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Job Requirements:
- Industrial engineering mindset
- Strong analytical skills and good judgment required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a track record in process improvement required.
- Excellent communication and soft skills are essential.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 3 years’ experience
