Job Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting all classroom and online training activities offered through Learning & Development (L&D) programs and is required to identify and coordinate the appropriate resources needed and work with various technology platforms to ensure L&D program objectives are met
  • Responsible for coordinating and supporting the TJX Canada National Training Calendar sessions through the Learning Management System (LMS), including scheduling and maintaining records
  • Responsible for coordinating and resolving L&D inquiries and technical issues submitted through ServiceNow, and L&D mailboxes; escalates to team members as needed
  • Coordinates and organizes venue/facilities bookings and online learning platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate setup for training sessions; may include organizing details such as catering, audio visual equipment, printing and supplies for in class training and conferences as required
  • Collects and organizes material orders for distribution and shipment as needed for in-class and virtual instructor led training (VILT) L&D training sessions; organizes and replenishes L&D training material inventory, manages and reports on the Digital HR Development resource library

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a similar role with previous experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), Adobe Connect and Sharepoint considered an asset
  • Strong administration skills with excellent organizational and time management skills including prioritizing tasks time, meeting deadlines, working with short time frames
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and research skills to identify, resolve issues; ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports; ability to track, update and maintain project activities and timelines
