Job Description:

• The basic purpose is to move trailers from the yard to the loading dock and loading dock to yard

You Will Have an Impact on Our Customers by Delivering Our Meats, Produce, Frozen Goods, Groceries, Dry Goods, Equipment and Supplies to Their Drop-Off Sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep assigned equipment coupled
• Communicate with Dispatcher/Router for truck/trailer and door assignments
• Make sure all equipment is paired and ready for next day’s deliveries
• Move trailers between buildings as directed by Router or Warehouse Supervisor
• Set up trailers for backhaul with tractor and empty pallets
• Must attend all required company meetings
• All other duties as assigned
• Work with mechanics nightly
• Place backhauls in correct door to be unloaded by warehouse
• Load, unload or merge loads between environments
• Stage shuttle trailers nightly for shuttle drivers

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have 3 years clean driving record with no DUI convictions
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.

Qualification & Experience:

• HSD or GED required
• Must Be Able to Read, Write and Communicate in English As It Relates to The Job and To the Safety Regulations
