In this role, you will be a main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best service possible every step of the way. Whether they are enquiring about broadband deals, a new SIM or even looking to leave us, you will be at hand to ask them all the right questions and offer them the best-suited advice and care. Are you target driven and money hungry? You will have KPI’s to strive towards and upon meeting or exceeding these targets, you could reap the rewards of our amazing unlimited commission structure.
You will be playing a crucial role within the Retention team so we need someone who will always put the customer at the forefront of their mind and can keep up with the fast paced and energetic environment. It will be a challenging role (as well as being extremely rewarding!) so resilience is key – being able to bounce back from minor setbacks and keeping motivated for your next customer will be important. Sales experience would be highly desired but isn’t essential as we really invest in our internal development so certain sales skills can be taught in role.
