Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with other business execution administrators and campus recruiters; working both independently and as part of a project team in a deadline driven environment.
- Manage large amounts of data from various sources, tracking candidate and offer details with high level of data integrity and confidentiality
- Manage moderately complex and high volume administrative responsibilities, including the candidate expense reimbursement process, facilitating candidate travel, and other relevant recruiting coordination tasks
- Support University Recruiting team to ensure all recruiting activities for assigned program(s) (requisitions, university job postings, information sessions, interviews, Superdays, etc.) are scheduled, planned and executed seamlessly; and all logistics are managed effectively
- Utilize the online university career center systems to post and advertise roles, and establish/manage on-campus interview schedules and other campus events according to program recruiting strategy
- Oversee or provide end to end requisition management support in Applicant Tracking System for requisitions that attract a high volume of candidates; inclusive of application review, verifying eligibility, drafting offer letters, and monitoring interview feedback completion.
- Manage university recruiting calendar and invites in Event Management/CMS tool; and provide event coordination support for large on-site or virtual interview events
- Responsible for professional communication and coordination with internal and external partners, candidates and career centers, both verbally and in writing
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies in recruiting coordination and operational activities
- Conduct all pre-hire activity (such as background checks), initiate hire transactions for incoming interns and full-time hires, and provide on-boarding support and communications to managers and program teams
- Manage and assist with additional university recruiting related projects; including tracking project plans and event or school budgets/expenses, as needed
Job Requirements:
- Experience supporting talent sourcing programs or initiatives such as early career talent development, campus recruitment, or corporate alumni networks
- Experience in an operations support area that handles scheduling, staffing, planning, and administration
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Project management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 2+ years of Administrative Support, Business Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience or familiarity with recruiting technology such as an applicant tracking system
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
