Job Responsibilities:

• Provide client services for internal and external ultra-high net worth customers in account management, operations, documentation, issue resolution, and technical support
• Review issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, and are related to low risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impact within Wealth Relationship Support functional area
• This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.
• Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of Wealth Relationship
• Support functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within Wealth Relationship Support functional area
• Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers within Wealth
• Relationship Support functional area

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Banking clients: client services
• 6+ months of Wealth Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience in Wealth Relationship Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
